Good Article, I really enjoyed it ; quite a bit of information !!!! Well done , Branden , I’m glad you checked out the authors to be, before you hired them !! Great Content, well done piece. !!! Keep them coming ❣️Patrick from Commy Ct. 😷💥🔫👻Boo
My plea to all and any 2A scholar: I read (somewhere within my frizxled reference library) that a US Supreme Court decision exists saying the following (my recalled version): When any lesser-court decision opposes any of the rights, as stated in the Bill of Rights, such law is null and void. If that is correct, we need to demand it to be so; right NOW!
v. Bianchi is dealing directly with that issue and is clearly petitioning scotus on these grounds, that is why I believe this case has a chance. The Courts have precedent language stating "common firearms"......
This piece is excellent, the people in general and I mean everyone should read this. Now the the more political influenced judges should take note as to whether they are non biased?
Really Great job, Rufus👍💪, yet once again. Thank you so much for sharing this article with us. Curious as to your take on Ultima Verba, "the final argument" transcending towards "Louis XIV of France having the phrase Ultima Ratio Regum, or the last word of Kings, inscribed upon his Cannons, indicating that lethal force was his final argument." 😳
Hey, Christopher. Hi-point manufactures Nicklebacks, mostly used by drug dealers and the like. Poor tools for the ardent criminal. But a tool, nonetheless. Just like Louis XIV, the criminals have the choice of what and how they are going to "say" with said tool/"cannon", reliable or not. Louis used his Cannons, probably of sound construction and reliability, and as a last resort, his final argument was lethal. The manufacturers work within the confines of Capitolism, to be prosperous, manufacturing tools that will be used in any number of ways. I don't believe that they have the final word. The tool user will have the last argument, lethal or otherwise. That's a humble opinion. Thanks for the conversation. My Best to you and yours.
Wow, I completely missed your analogy and point on the roll mark. A proper and entertaining satire. Sometimes it'll take me a second try to "get with it!"🙄😊 NO harm, no foul! I do appreciate your getting back with me. And the joshing! 😄

Dan, would that mean that whomever manufactured a tool used in defense/offense would have the Final Word (including Hi-point)?

Sir, I meant because of the manufacturer's roll mark on the tool, facetiously having last say last word
Meant harmlessly, and just joshing
Very interesting facts about Louis XIV !!!!
Good morning, Christopher.
