The constitution doesn't protect the people. The people protect the constitution. People seem to have forgotten this…"A free people ought not only to be armed, but disciplined..." – George Washington, First Annual Address, to both House of Congress, January 8, 1790

Like James Swain, I have never been so CONCERNED for my children and grandchildren, nieces and nephews, as I am in this current marxist, liberal, woke environment that we have been FORCED to try and exist in!!! I just turned 70 yesterday, and actually don't even know for sure for my generation, what is going to happen with all of us Boomers, either! At first, not being selfish, I contemplated the fact that I wouldn't be here anymore when the SHTF!!!??? NOW, it has advanced to the point that, thanks to our 2A, if need be, I am locked and loaded with training given for all nearby family members! I have more than enough ammo and firearms to create our own small militia. That is more than comforting, if that is what it must come down to. However, biden and his MENSTRUATION have us in a much more threatening near future, thus a very bleak outlook on any hoped for distant one!!! Will wrap it up here, by thanking Braden, C.S. (Great Article, C.S!) and all of The Second Press writers! You all are benefitting all of us, in what you do!! Keep on Keep'n on! God Bless you all! God Bless the USA!!! FJB!!!

Outstanding article C.S.! I wish that we taught the Federalist papers in high school. Instead of the pornography thrust upon our children. I’m 66 and my three sons are well past school however I’ve never been more concerned for my grandkids and nieces and nephews

All it takes is for the people that believe in the constitution and the bill of rights to get involved! At least do the research on candidates and vote!

Part of the problem though is people leave blue states for red states but still vote blue. That’s why so many red states are becoming purple.

well said, most people don't know or understand this. Until they do it will be a constant fight for our freedom. as it stand now the liberals really don't care about the constitution let alone any of our amendments.
