Reversing the narrative. I totally agree with your article on gaslighting guns. It makes it even more important that we begin to seriously begin to halt the anti-gun narrative by confronting those in the main stream media with their misinformation by responding to their claims through written, verbal means and boycotting the products that support them whenever they try to manipulate public opinion by concentrating their emphasis on the tool (gun) rather than the perpetrators. As a community we also need to involve ourselves in the political process. I believe we need to find ways to encourage, train and help the new gun owners not only in proper use of their gun, but point out every incident where pundits are attacking our constitutional rights. Quite frankly, rather than being fearful of statements from the president like, “take on the government, you need F-15s and maybe some nuclear weapons, “ remind our representatives that such “freedom of speech”, statement, is non-American, dangerous and insulting. they should be reminded that our forefathers fought against one of the greatest militaries of their time, and in the cause of freedom, it would be not be any different today. That statement is one of the clearest statements of our government seeking to establish an authoritarian government. The efforts to use “fear” to control “we the people” with such rhetoric must be called out for what it is.

I like the approach you took in this article. I especially appreciate you bringing Biden's comments about us needing F-15s and nuclear weapons to take on the government. When he said that, I was shocked that a sitting President would threaten to use the military and nuclear weapons against U.S. citizens. That is beyond the pale.

Ah, "propaganda" rears its' ugly head using another term. I remember well how our press use to point out how the communist governments used this psychological tactic on its' people. Now, that same press and our own government is using it on us. Like sheep we are being lead to the slaughter. It doesn't matter if you are vegan or not once you're in the slaughterhouse.

Ukraine’s current status should be a lesson for all. I’m grateful I live in a gun culture that reminds all would be governments that a large majority of us know how to use the arms we have to defend ourselves if ever needed.

Bravo Laura... well said and well done. I don't think we will ever reach many on the left. But as CNN & other liberal news networks whose ratings are tanking. Fox New ratings are increasing. Are Left Wingers joining us in the real world? We can only hope!

The minds of many thouthands in America seems that of comptented cow (cow-ards?). Almost everything comes fast and easy to them and government is good. "Leave good-enough alone" - they say. Gun control? Phff! We are facinh the final resust of a slack government guided by greedy, power hungry actors. It's time to gather the troops and set a parameter. Someone smarter than me said (paraphrasing, for I do not remember the exact words now): A nation that is not ready to fight for it's rights, will be governed by fools and defended by cowards.

One thing that loyal Americans seem to not understand about tyrants is illustrated by the story of the frog and the scorpion: A scorpion wanted to cross a river and saw a frog sitting nearby in a calm pool. "Hey! Mr. Frog, how about giving me a ride to the other side. The frog looked at the scorpion for a moment and then replied, "no, Mr. Scorpion, you'll sting me and I'll die. The Scorpion went into his best seduction mode and after some time of conversing, the frog was lulled into a sense of trust for the scorpion. The frog swam to the bank where the scorpion could step onto his back and he began swimming across the river, carefully keeping the scorpion out of the water. About half way across the frog fel a painful sting just behind his head and quickly became paralyzed. Before he sank he asked the scorpion "Why? Why would you do that? You've killed us both!" the scorpion replied, " I couldn't help myself! It's just my nature!"
